Part 07 of 08 · Fairness & integrity

Justice, democracy and public service

Same rules. For everyone.

Public office should bring responsibility, not special treatment for the well connected.

What we will do

Three practical steps

You should be able to know the proper fee, get a receipt and challenge a mistake without political help.

  1. Clear rules
  2. Open records
  3. Fair appeals
  1. Open the public record

Publish covered contracts, spending and delivery results. Protect independent checks.

  2. Make decisions challengeable

Improve access to justice, reliable land records, reasons for decisions and routes of appeal.

  3. Keep party and state apart

Base services on fair rules. Do not use public money or personal records for party campaigning.

Constitutional safeguards

Pursue impartial justice, legal aid and enforceable fundamental rights through lawful processes.

Public vehicles, staff, funds and service databases are not tools for a campaign.

Fair local shares

Local investment allocated by population, deprivation, service gaps and transparent costs, not loyalty.

Land records

Reliable records and remedies for administrative mistakes.

How to judge progress

Check the result

  • Can people see spending?
  • Are fees clear?
  • Are complaints answered and decisions explained?

Measured through reporting

This part does not set a single headline number. Progress is reported through quarterly scorecards and the annual account described in the delivery chapter.
